Bombay Dine Organic Mixed Beans give you five kinds of bean in one can: soya, pinto, white, chickpeas and red kidney, cooked in water with sea salt. The mix of sizes and textures does the work of opening several cans when you only need a bit of each.

They are made for a quick bean salad with chopped peppers, red onion and a mustardy dressing, and they are just as good in chili, minestrone or a pot of baked beans. Drain and rinse before using. After opening, move leftovers to a covered container in the fridge and use within a few days.
