Bombay Dine Organic Chickpeas are cooked chickpeas in water with a little salt, certified organic and ready to go straight from the can. They are gluten-free and vegan, and they keep a pleasant bite rather than turning mushy.
Chickpeas are one of the most useful cans in the pantry. Blend them into hummus, simmer them in a curry or stew, toss them into salads, or roast them with olive oil and spices for a crunchy snack. Save the liquid from the can if you like to whip it as an egg-free foam. After opening, refrigerate leftovers in a covered container and use within a few days.
