Boiron Stodal Multi-Symptom Cold & Cough is a homeopathic syrup that Boiron labels for the relief of cold symptoms: nasal and chest congestion, runny nose, sneezing, minor sore throat, and dry or productive cough. The medicinal ingredients are Dulcamara, Ferrum phosphoricum, Hydrastis canadensis, Kali bichromicum and Nux vomica in a sucrose syrup base.

Children from 1 to 11 years: Take 5 mL orally, using the pre-measured cup provided, 3 times per day.

Reduce with improvement. Do not administer to children weighing less than 8 kg (17 pounds).
