Bob's Red Mill Red Bulgur, 680 g

Bob's Red Mill Red Bulgur is whole grain red wheat that has been parcooked, dried and cracked, which is why it cooks so quickly. Soak it in hot water or simmer it briefly and it turns tender and nutty in about the time it takes to chop the vegetables.

It is the traditional base for tabbouleh, and just as good in pilaf, grain bowls, stuffed peppers or as a warm breakfast porridge. Store it sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
