Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix, 680 g

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix makes light, fluffy flapjacks that do not taste like a compromise. The mix is built on a blend of sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain stone-ground sorghum flour and tapioca flour, with a little sugar, baking powder and sea salt. Xanthan gum holds the batter together in place of gluten.
