Bio Italia Organic Fusilli, 500 g

Bio Italia Organic Fusilli is a classic corkscrew pasta made from one ingredient: organic durum wheat semolina. The spiral shape holds on to sauce, so it works as well with a chunky tomato sauce or pesto as it does cold in a pasta salad.

Cook it in well-salted boiling water until it is just tender, then finish it in the pan with your sauce for a minute so the two come together. A 500 g pack serves four to five as a main. Store it in a cool, dry cupboard and it keeps for months.
