A morning black tea with a Persian twist. Ariana Naturals Flow Tea combines fair trade organic black tea with rose petals, orange peel and Negin saffron. The black tea brings body and a gentle lift of caffeine, while rose and orange peel keep it bright and aromatic.

Black tea naturally contains L-theanine alongside its caffeine. Brew a tablespoon in hot water for five minutes and drink it plain, or with a little honey. The saffron shows up as a golden colour in the cup and a warm finish.
