AOR Ortho Sleep

Ortho Sleep is AOR's combination formula for sleep. It brings together melatonin with GABA, L-theanine and 5-HTP, and three traditional herbs: valerian root, passionflower and lemon balm. Each capsule provides 3 mg of melatonin.

It is designed to help improve overall sleep and can also help with jet lag when travel throws your clock off. Take it shortly before bed, with or without food. The formula covers several angles at once, which is why many people choose it over single-ingredient melatonin. Follow the label for how many capsules to take.

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) 100 mg, L-theanine 200 mg, L-5-hydroxytryptophan (griffonia seed) 100 mg, Melatonin 3 mg, Valeriana officinalis (valerian root extract) 150 mg, Passiflora incarnata (passionflower extract, aerial parts) 32 mg, Melissa officinalis (lemon balm extract, aerial parts) 300 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: maltodextrin, gum arabic, silicon dioxide, sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.
