A time-release B complex from AOR that uses the active, coenzyme forms of each vitamin: benfotiamine and sulbutiamine for B1, riboflavin-5-phosphate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate for B6, L-5-MTHF folate, and three forms of B12 (methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin and cobamamide).

It also includes choline, myo-inositol and the antioxidant PQQ, which is what sets the Ultra apart from AOR's regular Advanced B Complex. The time-release tablet is designed for steadier absorption through the day. Take it with food. Non-GMO and free of wheat, gluten, corn, nuts, soy, dairy, eggs and animal by-products.

How to use
