Anita's Organic Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats are whole organic oat groats steamed and rolled flat, the classic large-flake oat. They cook into a creamy porridge with some chew left in it, and they are a source of fibre and protein. One ingredient: organic oats.

Simmer them for breakfast with a pinch of salt and top with fruit and maple syrup, soak them overnight in milk or yogurt, or use them in cookies, granola, muffins, crumbles and bread for a chewy texture. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry cupboard. These oats are not certified gluten-free and may contain wheat.
