Amy's Bean & Cheese Burrito, 170 g

Amy's bean and cheese burrito is a freezer standby: organic pinto beans, brown rice, tomato purée, onions and peppers wrapped with cheddar and Monterey Jack in an organic whole wheat tortilla. It is a filling lunch or quick supper on nights when cooking is not going to happen.

The cheeses are made without animal rennet, and the burrito is soy-free, tree-nut-free and kosher. Heat it in the oven or microwave and add salsa, sour cream or hot sauce. Keep it frozen until you are ready to eat.
