Nourish is a loose-leaf herbal blend meant to be brewed every day rather than as a quick fix. There is nothing laxative in it. The base is dandelion root, joined by red clover blossoms, goji berries, nettle, ginger, marshmallow root, chamomile flowers and licorice root, all organic.
