Alter Eco Truffle Thins Bar - 60% Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel, 84G

Part chocolate bar, part truffle. Alter Eco's Truffle Thins take 60% organic dark chocolate made from Ecuadorian cacao and fill each thin square with a smooth salted caramel centre of coconut oil, cocoa butter, milk and a sprinkle of fleur de sel. The result is a sweet-and-salty bite that melts rather than snaps.

The cacao has a malty edge that keeps the caramel from being cloying. Break off a square with coffee after dinner, or tuck the bar into a gift bag. Contains milk and coconut, and may contain hazelnuts, almonds and soy.

• 84 g bar
• 60% dark chocolate, organic ingredients
