Alter Eco's Brown Butter bar is a 70% cacao dark chocolate with a twist: grass-fed cream is churned, browned and stirred into Ecuadorian cacao, then finished with a touch of fleur de sel de Guérande. The result is salty-sweet, malty and very smooth.

It is organic, Fair Trade and gluten-free. Because it contains butterfat it is not a vegan bar. Enjoy it a square at a time, or shave it over ice cream or warm brownies. Store it cool and dry, away from strong smells.
