Real Fake Meats Carrot Lox

Real Fake Meats carrot lox is a plant-based take on smoked salmon, made in Atlantic Canada from carrots cured in gluten-free tamari, organic maple syrup, liquid smoke, garlic and nutritional yeast. It is smoky, salty, a touch sweet and surprisingly convincing on a bagel.

Pile it on a toasted bagel with plant-based cream cheese, capers and red onion, fold it into a weekend brunch board, or drape it over a salad or avocado toast. Keep it in the fridge and eat it within a few days of opening.
