CanPrev Magnesium Bis-Glycinate 50 Chewable is magnesium in a tablet you chew rather than swallow, with a natural pineapple flavour. Each tablet provides 50 mg of elemental magnesium as TRAACS magnesium bis-glycinate chelate, sweetened with xylitol and monk fruit rather than sugar.
The small dose per tablet makes it flexible: the label gives directions for children from age one as well as adults, so the whole family can use the same bottle, and older kids and adults can take more than one.
