About this product

NFH Bifido SAP is a probiotic capsule built around Bifidobacterium strains, the group of friendly bacteria that make up much of the bacterial population in the lower gut. It comes as 60 capsules from NFH's SAP line.

Many probiotics lean on Lactobacillus; this one focuses on bifidobacteria, which some people prefer on a practitioner's advice or to round out what they already take. Take it as the label directs and store it as the packaging recommends.

How to use
Adults, adolescents, and children 6 years old: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are on antibiotic(s), take at least 2-3 hours before or after.
