Enzymedica Digest Spectrum, 90 Capsules

Enzymedica Digest Spectrum is a blend of high-potency enzymes put together for people who find certain foods hard to digest: gluten, dairy (both lactose and casein), phenols, vegetables and beans. It combines amylase, protease with DPP-IV, lipase, cellulase, lactase, alpha galactosidase, xylanase and other enzymes in one vegetarian capsule.

The enzymes use Enzymedica's Thera-blend process, so they stay active through the range of pH along the digestive tract rather than working only in the stomach. Take it with the meal in question; the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed into food or juice if you prefer.
