About the Role

As a Wellness Advisor, you're the friendly face of our market floor — helping customers find the right supplements, natural foods, and wellness products for their goals. You'll build real product knowledge across 900+ curated brands and connect people with solutions that genuinely help.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them to the right products for their wellness goals
• Build deep knowledge of our supplement, beauty, and natural food selections
• Keep the market floor stocked, faced, and beautiful
• Process sales, returns, and special orders at the till
• Support in-store events, demos, and seasonal programs

What You'll Bring

• Passion for natural health, nutrition, or wellness (education in the field is an asset)
• Warm, genuine customer-service instincts
• Comfortable learning and sharing product knowledge every day
• Available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts
• Retail or health-food experience is an asset, not a requirement
