Zazubean Punch is a 55% coconut milk chocolate bar with a tropical streak: creamy coconut milk powder, coconut flakes and pieces of pineapple in dark chocolate sweetened with coconut blossom sugar. The cacao comes from the Dominican Republic and Ecuador. It is vegan, organic, gluten-free, Fair Trade certified and kosher.

The pineapple gives it a bright, tangy chew against the chocolate, the sort of bar that makes sense on a beach towel or in a lunch bag in February. Keep it cool and dry.
