Zazubean Nakid: Cocoa Nibs & Vanilla, 85 g

Zazubean Nakid is the stripped-down bar in the line: a pure 73% cacao dark chocolate made with roasted cocoa nibs from the Dominican Republic and Ecuador and a hint of vanilla. The nibs give it a crunch and a roasted, slightly bitter edge that shows off the bean itself. Vegan, gluten-free, organic, Fair Trade certified and kosher.

This is the bar for someone who wants to taste the cocoa, not the add-ins. Break it over a coffee, or chop it into brownie batter where the nibs stay crunchy. Keep it cool and dry.
