Zazubean Kiki is a 65% dark chocolate bar sweetened with coconut blossom sugar and blended with dried figs and a hint of sea salt. The fig comes through as soft, jammy pieces against the cocoa, and the salt keeps it from tipping into dessert territory. Vegan, gluten-free, organic, Fair Trade certified and kosher.

It is a good one to put out after dinner with a glass of port or a strong tea, and it holds up well chopped into a cheese board. Keep it cool and dry, not in the fridge.
