About this product
You + I Ginger Kombucha is a fermented tea drink with a bright ginger bite. Kombucha starts as sweetened tea, then a culture ferments it over a couple of weeks into something lightly fizzy and tangy with much of the sugar used up along the way. Ginger is the classic flavour for good reason: it plays well with the natural tartness.
Drink it chilled, straight from the bottle or over ice. It is a good swap for pop with lunch or in the afternoon. Keep it refrigerated and open it gently, since it is naturally carbonated.
