WomenSense D-Mannose 500 mg is a comprehensive urinary formula traditionally used in herbal medicine to help prevent recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). It combines a higher potency of D-mannose with concentrated 36:1 cranberry extract to target stubborn urinary pathogens on multiple levels, enhanced further by the combined activity of propolis.
