The ingredient list is short: sea salt, organic sugar, organic spices including paprika and turmeric, organic corn starch, onion and garlic powder, and paprika extract for colour.

Use it wherever you would reach for plain salt but want a bit more going on: eggs, fries, roasted vegetables, chicken, burgers, popcorn. Because it is salt-based, season with it in place of salt rather than on top of it. Store in a dry cupboard.
