Rubbed organic sage grown in the Mediterranean, with the strong, aromatic, savoury flavour sage is known for. Rubbed sage is the dried leaf crumbled into a light, fluffy texture, easier to measure and mix in than whole leaves.

It is the classic herb for poultry stuffing, sausage and pork, and it suits roast squash, brown butter pasta and bean soups. Use it on its own or with thyme, rosemary or oregano. Organic and Non-GMO. Store sealed away from heat and light.
