Ground organic cloves, grown in South Asia. Cloves are strong, warm and a little bittersweet, so a small amount goes a long way. Organic and Non-GMO.

They pair with nutmeg and cinnamon in gingerbread, pumpkin pie and spiced cakes, and turn up in savoury dishes too: baked ham, chai, mulled cider, pickling spice and slow braises. Ground cloves are easier to measure than whole ones for baking. Keep the jar tightly closed and away from heat and light.
