Watkins' Sweet & Savory Rub balances organic sugar and molasses powder against sea salt, smoked sea salt, onion, garlic and smoked paprika, with black pepper, mustard and a little cayenne for bite. Organic, Non-GMO and kosher.

Use it as a dry rub on pork, chicken or ribs, or try it on salmon and roasted squash. A small amount of tricalcium phosphate keeps it free-flowing in the jar. Store sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
