A grilling blend built around minced garlic, with toasted onion, red bell pepper, marjoram, thyme and celery seed. The garlic is minced rather than ground, so it adds a little texture along with flavour. Everything in the jar except the sea salt is organic.

Rub it onto fish, chicken, pork or beef before it goes on the grill, or mix it with a little oil for a quick marinade. It also works tossed with roasted vegetables or a pan of potatoes. Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
