Onion, garlic and a long list of organic spices, including black pepper, parsley, celery seed, basil, oregano, thyme, cayenne, cumin and rosemary, are rounded out with dehydrated carrot, tomato, orange peel and lemon juice powder for a bit of brightness.

Shake it over chicken, beef, vegetables or a salad when you want flavour without adding sodium. It works as a dry rub, stirred into soups and rice, or on eggs and popcorn. Keep the lid tight and store in a cool, dry cupboard.
