Violife started in Thessaloniki, Greece and is now one of the most widely available dairy-free cheeses in the world. The shreds, slices and blocks are made from coconut oil and starches, free of dairy, soy, gluten and nuts, and they melt and stretch well enough for pizza and grilled cheese. We carry the mozzarella and cheddar shreds, slices and the cream cheese.
