TuNah Vegan Garlic Tunah is a plant-based alternative to canned tuna, made from non-GMO soybean protein seasoned with garlic, spices and a splash of rice wine vinegar. It has a flaky, tuna-like texture and a savoury, garlicky flavour, and it is a source of protein. The idea behind it is simple: the taste of a tuna sandwich without the fishing.

Use it wherever you would use tuna. Mix it with vegan mayo and celery for sandwiches and wraps, pile it onto crackers, toss it through pasta salad, or top a rice bowl with it. It contains soy and is made in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, fish and other allergens, so check the label if that matters to you.
