Trace Minerals No! Muscle Cramps, 120 mL

Trace Minerals No! Muscle Cramps is a liquid electrolyte concentrate you add to a bottle of water. The base is ConcenTrace, the brand's Great Salt Lake mineral concentrate, which brings magnesium, chloride, boron and a little sodium. Potassium is added on top, so the mix gives you the electrolytes your body needs to stay properly hydrated.

One 2 mL serving goes into 950 mL of water and mixes into a lightly mineral-tasting drink, so the 120 mL bottle covers 60 servings. It suits long runs, hot work days and sports. Shake the bottle before use and keep it out of the fridge.
