Tony's Chocolonely 70% Dark Chocolate Bar, 180G

Tony's Chocolonely 70% dark chocolate is the bar for people who like their chocolate properly dark. It contains at least 70% cocoa, so cocoa beans do most of the talking: deep, rich and only lightly sweet. This is the 180 g bar, the full-size one, with plenty to share or to keep on hand for a square or two at a time.

The ingredients are simple: chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder and soy lecithin, with no milk ingredients in the recipe. It is a good baking chocolate too, melted into brownies or chopped into cookies. Store it somewhere cool and dry so it keeps its snap.
