The Wizard's Organic Worcestershire Sauce is a vegan take on the classic, made without anchovies. Organic apple cider vinegar, molasses and tamari give it the deep, tangy, savoury base, with tamarind, ginger, garlic, allspice, clove and a touch of natural smoke rounding it out. Because it uses tamari rather than soy sauce, it is gluten-free.

Use it wherever a recipe calls for Worcestershire: Caesar dressing, marinades, burgers, shepherd's pie, a Bloody Caesar, or a splash in a stew. The 296 mL bottle keeps in the cupboard before opening. Contains soy.
