The Ginger People Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce, 375 mL

A sweet-and-hot sauce from The Ginger People, inspired by the spice markets of Southeast Asia. Roasted red pepper and cane sugar give it body and sweetness; ginger in three forms (fresh, candied and shredded), garlic and chili pepper bring the heat. No artificial ingredients.

It is a natural dipping sauce for spring rolls, pot stickers, crab cakes and salmon cakes, and just as good with roasted potatoes. Brush it on chicken, pork or tofu in the last few minutes of cooking as a glaze, or spoon it over cream cheese for a five-second appetizer. Refrigerate after opening.
