An arnica cream from The Apothecary in Inglewood, made for everyday knocks, sore spots after a big day of activity, and the aches that follow overdoing it. Arnica is traditionally applied to the skin to help ease sore, stiff muscles and joints.

The cream pairs arnica extract with MSM, comfrey root, devil's claw and aloe vera in a base of grape seed oil and vegetable glycerine, with vitamin E and a light rosemary scent. Massage a small amount into the area as needed. It is a cream rather than a gel, so it moisturises as it goes in.
