Thayers Oil Balancing Jelly Toner is a lightweight jelly rather than a liquid, made for combination to oily skin. It absorbs excess oil on contact and leaves a soft matte finish without over-drying. The formula pairs 2% niacinamide with kombucha (a black tea ferment), green kaolin clay, salicylic acid and hyaluronic acid.

Smooth a small amount over a clean face and neck and let it sink in before moisturiser or sunscreen. It is a good morning step on days when shine is a problem, and the 355 mL bottle lasts a long time at that rate.
