This fresh, gluten-free pasta is perishable and should be placed in your refrigerator (for up to 5 days) or your freezer (for up to 1 year after the produced on date shown on pack) immediately upon arrival. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.
