Dark chocolate and single-estate English peppermint.
Sir Michael Colman, of the Colman's mustard family, set out in 1995 to revive English peppermint and planted Black Mitcham mint on his Hampshire farm with its own distillery. Summerdown is the only British mint chocolate maker growing and distilling its own oil, which is why the thins, creams and crisps taste cooler and cleaner than the usual.
