Suku Vitamins - Fibre Gummies, 60 Gummies

Each two-gummy serving of SUKU's Fibre Gummies gives you 6 g of prebiotic fibre from inulin, drawn from chicory root and Jerusalem artichoke. Inulin is a soluble fibre that supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and helps support regularity, gently.

They are fruit-flavoured, pectin-based gummies sweetened with tapioca syrup and stevia and coloured with vegetable juice. Take them with a full glass of water, as the label directs. A simple way to add fibre if you find powders and psyllium a chore.
