Sweet ripe peaches meet tomatoes, jalapeño and chili peppers in this Stonewall Kitchen salsa, brightened with cider vinegar, lime, garlic and cilantro. It is sweet first, then zesty from the peppers and lime.

Spoon it over grilled chicken, pork chops or fish, or set it out with tortilla chips. Stonewall's own suggestion is to blend it with cream cheese for a quick sweet-savoury spread for crackers, muffins or biscuits. Refrigerate after opening.
