About this product

This St. Francis Herb Farm nasal spray brings together nine homeopathic ingredients in a gentle saline base. It is used to help ease the sneezing, runny nose, congestion and itchy, watery eyes that come with seasonal allergies, and the spray itself has a lubricating effect on dry nasal tissue.

The base is distilled water with certified organic vegetable glycerine, xylitol, sea salt and sodium bicarbonate, plus propolis, vitamin C and grapefruit seed extract as a preservative. There are directions on the bottle for adults and for children, including a simple method for spraying one nostril at a time.

How to use
Adults and children 12 or older: 1-2 sprays per nostril 3-5 times per day. Infants and children up to 11 years: 1 spray/nostril 4 times per day. How to use: First, blow your nose. Press closed the nostril not being treated. Administer to the other nostril by placing your index and middle fingers atop either side of the nozzle, while supporting the bottom of the bottle with your thumb. Then squeeze with both index and middle fingers to spray.
