St Francis ValeriCalm, 100 mL

ValeriCalm is St. Francis Herb Farm's six-herb calming tincture. Valerian root anchors it, with passion flower, California poppy, chamomile, hops and motherwort, extracted in certified organic alcohol, distilled water and certified organic vegetable glycerine. Used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid and to help relieve restlessness and nervousness, it is the one to reach for when tension is keeping you up.

Where the single-herb Valerian tincture is straightforward, ValeriCalm is the broader blend, meant to help settle both nerves and muscles. It can be taken through the day in a little water, or the full daily amount at bedtime; the label explains both. The 100 mL bottle is the larger size.
