Uva ursi, also called bearberry, is a low evergreen shrub whose leaves have been used in European and North American Indigenous herbal traditions. St. Francis Herb Farm's tincture is simply certified organic uva ursi leaf extracted in distilled water, certified organic alcohol and certified organic vegetable glycerine. It is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a mild diuretic and to help relieve urinary discomfort such as a burning sensation or frequent urination.
