Strest is St. Francis Herb Farm's adaptogen tincture, built on ashwagandha and five other herbs: holy basil, rhodiola, eleuthero, milky oat seed and schisandra. The herbs are extracted in distilled water and certified organic alcohol, and this is the large 250 mL bottle, which suits people who take it daily over a stretch of weeks.
