St Francis PMS Support, 100 mL

PMS Support is a St. Francis Herb Farm tincture for the days before your period. Chastetree fruit anchors the formula, joined by dong quai, black cohosh, burdock, sage, motherwort and rhodiola, extracted in distilled water, certified organic alcohol and certified organic vegetable glycerine. These are herbs long used in women's herbal medicine to help ease premenstrual discomfort.

Like the rest of the St. Francis range, it is a liquid you measure into a little water, which makes it easy to follow the label dose. It is one of several women's health tinctures the brand makes, and the one to reach for when your concern is specifically premenstrual. The 100 mL bottle is the larger size.

• 100 mL dropper bottle
• Seven-herb formula led by chastetree
• Certified organic alcohol and glycerine base

Use PMS Support if you’re experiencing PMS symptoms such as muscle aches and pain, insomnia, anxiety, tension, irritability, cramping, breast tenderness, and emotional swings.
