Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) is one of the most familiar digestive herbs there is, and St. Francis Herb Farm's Peppermint tincture puts it in a concentrated liquid you can take without brewing a cup. This is the 50 mL size, a good fit for a bag or a desk drawer.

Peppermint is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve indigestion, gas and bloating, and digestive spasm, and to help settle nausea and an upset stomach. Herbalists describe it as carminative (it eases gas) and antispasmodic, with a mild anaesthetic action on the intestine. Take it in a little water as directed on the label.
