St Francis Oreganum Plus 1:1, 30 mL

Oreganum Plus 1:1 is St. Francis Herb Farm's stronger oil of oregano: one part certified organic essential oil of oregano to one part certified organic extra virgin olive oil, with a minimum of 72% carvacrol. If you find the 1:3 dilution too mild, this is the next step up. It is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of the common cold.

This is potent stuff. It is taken by the drop in a little water, juice or milk, with food, and a warming sensation on the tongue is normal. The 30 mL dropper bottle lasts a long while at a few drops a day.
