St. Francis Herb Farm's Lemon Balm Capsules hold a 5:1 concentrate of certified organic lemon balm tops (Melissa officinalis), so each 250 mg capsule is the equivalent of 1250 mg of the dried herb. The shell is plant-based hypromellose with magnesium stearate, and the extract is alcohol free.

It is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help soothe frayed nerves, to promote restful sleep and to ease a nervous stomach. Capsules can be spread through the day or, when used as a sleep aid, taken at bedtime, as the label directs. Suitable for adults and adolescents thirteen and over. 60 capsules per bottle.
